Starcity Studios Residency Scheme

The Starcity Studios Residency Scheme is designed for producers, engineers, labels, and creative professionals who want a reliable, professional studio base with consistency and ease — without long-term commitments. Residencies operate on a 3-month rolling contract, providing both structure and flexibility.

Each resident is allocated a fixed day per week, locked in for the duration of the residency period. This ensures consistency, reliable access, and a dedicated working rhythm. The residency includes 40 hours per month, typically delivered as one 10-hour studio day per week, allowing residents to plan sessions, client bookings, and creative work with confidence.

Whether you’re producing your own music, working with artists, or providing studio services to clients, the residency offers a cost-effective and professional environment to operate from. With full access to the studio and facilities during your allocated time, residents are able to treat Starcity as their creative HQ. Many of our current residents have found the scheme not only convenient, but financially rewarding — using their residency to generate income, grow their client base, and elevate the quality of their work.

Residency Details

• Minimum commitment: 40 hours per month

• Fixed weekly studio day (10-hour day), locked for the residency period

• Cost: £400 per month (£10 per hour)

• Additional weekly days available for residents who require more time

• 3-month rolling contract
